Blocks distractions

Add the apps and websites that eat your day. With Focus on, Kiwi covers them the second they open. There's no skip button.

Keeps your to-dos

Type them, say them, or add them from Chrome. The same list shows up on your desktop and in your browser.

Reminders that land

Timers, pomodoros and “remind me at 5”. Choose a full-screen nudge you can't miss or a quiet toast in the corner.

Talk to him

Say “hey Kiwi” or press a shortcut. Speech is recognised right on your PC, so it's quick and your voice stays private.

Knows your calendar

Connect Google Calendar and ask what's next, add a meeting, or move your dentist appointment to Thursday.

Smarter with Claude

Optional: add your own Anthropic API key and Kiwi can answer questions and handle requests his built-in commands don't cover.

Focus mode

Open YouTube at 2 pm on a Tuesday and this happens.

Kiwi covers the app or tab right away. Back to work puts you straight back where you were. He never closes your apps or loses your tabs, and it all switches off when Focus does.

Privacy

Your stuff stays on your computer.

No account, no tracking

Kiwi Focus doesn't ask you to sign up and doesn't collect analytics. Your to-dos, reminders, block lists and settings are saved on your own PC.

Voice

Speech recognition runs on your PC. Audio isn't recorded to disk or sent anywhere. The first time you use voice, Kiwi downloads an open speech model (Whisper) and keeps it on your PC.

Google Calendar

Only if you connect it. Kiwi asks for your email address and access to your calendar events, and uses them only to show, add, move or cancel events when you ask him to. The sign-in token is encrypted and stored on your PC. Calendar data goes straight between your PC and Google; it isn't sent to us, sold, or used for ads. Kiwi's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect in Settings at any time.

Claude

Only if you add your own Anthropic API key. Then the text of requests Kiwi can't handle himself (or every request, if you choose) is sent to Anthropic to be understood, along with the to-dos and events needed to answer. Your key is stored on your PC.

Chrome extension

The extension gets your block list and to-dos from the desktop app over a connection that stays on your computer. It checks the address of pages you open against your block list. It doesn't record or upload your browsing.
